A major element of our business is property management, managing a spectrum of properties from modest terraced houses to City centre apartments to grand houses. Whatever the property we exercise the same level of care and attention for all. There are plenty of short cuts but we don't take any of them.
A rigorous referencing of tenants includes not only our own opinion of suitability but written enquiries to the prospective tenant's Bank, Employer, previous landord or mortgagee and a credit Agency thus allowing us to make an informed decision before proceeding.
We deal with all documentation including the tenancy agreement and the inventory, are responsible for moving the tenants into the property, and subsequent liason with utility companies and council tax offices. All repairs will be co-ordinated through ourselves subject to the instructions you give us.
Once the tenancy has commenced you will receive monthly statements with payments due transferred to your bank through BACS. One month after the commencement of a tenancy the property is inspected so we can evaluate the tenants occupancy, thereafter quarterly inspections are undertaken by an experienced Property Inspector and if necessary Landlords are contacted to discuss any signifant issues.
